Refund policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide exchanges or store credit to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return or exchange an item within 7 days of receiving it if:
• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached

Non-returnable items include:
• Custom-embroidered suits
• Gift cards

2. How to Request a Return

To request an exchange or store credit, please email us at hello@ellevatelb.com with:
• Your order number
• The reason for your return
• The item(s) you wish to return

Once your request is approved, we will send you return instructions and the shipping address.

3. Store Credit Policy

·      Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation.

·      If approved, we will issue store credit equivalent to the value of your item (excluding shipping fees) which you can use for future purchases.

·      Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

·      Store credit has an expiration date of 6 months.

4. Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or product? Let us know in your email and we’ll gladly help you process an exchange based on availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full store credit.

6. Return Shipping Costs

• For exchanges or returns due to personal preferences (e.g., didn’t like the fit or style), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
• If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping.
