• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

4. Shipping Issues

• Ellevate is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.
• If your package is delayed or missing, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier.
